Upload guide: what photo works best

Start with a kneeling close-up photo from above, mouth open and tongue out, looking up at the camera.

• Mouth: Keep your mouth open with your tongue out, and nothing covering your lips.
• Eyes and gaze: Look up at the camera with your eyes open, no sunglasses and no hair across your eyes.
• Framing: Use a first-person view from above looking down, kneeling with your face large in the frame.
• Just you: Upload only yourself, with no second person and no group photo in the frame.
• Outfit: Clothes follow the template scene, not your photo. Do not expect the outfit in your photo to carry over into the result.
• Light and quality: Use a recent, high-resolution photo with bright, even light on your face and sharp focus. Do not upload a screenshot with black bars or app buttons, a photo of a screen, or a heavily filtered photo that changes your face shape.
• Do not use: standing photos, back views, mouths closed or covered, dark or blurry photos.
